- Age
- Date Of Birth
- School attending
- Name of parent
- Contact telephone and email of parent
- Medical details of child
- Photo / Video Consent
- Emergency contact numbers
- Permission for administration of medical help in the case of an emergency
- Permission to keep in touch with you for future sports camps
We will never ask for any personal financial information during the online booking process.
Some of this information is crucial to enable us to be able to be able to take the best possible care of your children whilst at ouractivities. Other information is purely for our own monitoring purposes. All information we gather is confidential and only shared with activity leaders.

- Email and Telephone Number
We use this information to enable us to to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about and to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information.
We will not share this information with any other company or third party.
We will always give you the option to opt in to be kept informed any marketing initiatives – we won’t take it for granted that you do want to hear from us – but we’d love it if you did.
