Move. Think. Solve. Escape!
Perfect for a team building activity
Our PE & Active Escape Games combine physical activity, problem-solving and teamwork to create an exciting challenge where everyone has a part to play.
Working in teams, participants take on a series of active challenges, puzzles, tasks and knowledge questions, collecting clues and cracking codes as they race to complete the Escape Game.
There’s much more to the challenge than simply escaping. Participants are encouraged to get active, communicate, think creatively, solve problems and make decisions together. Knowledge challenges add another dimension, putting their thinking skills to the test and giving them the chance to discover new facts and show what they know.
The combination of physical and mental challenges gives different strengths the chance to shine. One participant might lead an active challenge, while another spots an important clue, cracks a code, answers a question or helps the team work out what to do next.
Along the way, participants can develop teamwork, communication, confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills, while staying active, engaged and focused on achieving a shared goal. And when the final code is cracked? It’s time to celebrate the escape!
Sessions are delivered by our dynamic, DBS-checked coaches with safeguarding and sports qualifications.
I liked that there were a range of exercises and challenges that put you to the test. We had to work as a tram. - Tyler Year 5
